Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods (like festive launches or special drops), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Duration

India (Domestic Orders): Delivery takes 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹70 at checkout.

Packaging

Every order is securely packed and delivered in our signature mailers or boxes, made to be unboxed in style.

Delays & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, unforeseen circumstances, or incorrect address details entered during checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
